These categories are: What is the difference between "targeted" and "non-targeted" visitors? Targeted traffic is a more focused marketing approach. It may make sense to spend more and have a more focused advertising campaign. Since this form of advertising is more specialized, it is more expensive. Does this mean that "non-targeted" traffic has little value? No. If you have a product or service to sell, then you want your advertising to get your name out as far as you can. That's what "non-targeted" traffic does. Instead of targeting just one group, you expose your website to a larger audience, which can help brand your products or services. What is meant by "unique" visitors? When you are buying visitors you MUST know how unique the visitors are. Lower priced traffic is always less unique, and visa versa. When companies refer to uniqueness of their visitors they will refer to it in an amount of time. An example is "12 hour unique". This means that if a visitor is sent to your site, they record that person's IP address. If that same visitor comes back to your site again within that same 12 hour time period from when they first saw your site, that IP will not be counted again as another visitor. However, if they come again after the 12 hour period they can be counted again as another visitor. The same goes for 24 hour unique, only this time a visitor will never be counted twice in the same 24 hour period no matter how many times they actually view your site. BEWARE when purchasing cheap traffic from other sources. They will tell you they are "unique", but not the time they are unique for. Ask and see if they will respond. Some will not. Many times these are only 1 hour unique! This means they can count the same person every hour as a new visitor! Even worse they may be selling raw hits, which means every single time the person revisits or refreshes the page, it is counted as another visit and it doesn't matter how long it's been since they last visited. We do not try to trick you in any way and always tell you what type of visitors you are getting. Many of our competitors do not. How do you track "unique" visitors? A unique visitor is a visitor that visits your web site for the first time during a particular time period. In this case it's during the length of your campaign. This unique visitor is only recorded the first time he visits your site. If he revisits your site during a particular time period he is not recorded again. What are "hits"? Also called a page hit. The is the retrieval of any item, like a page or a graphic, from a Web server. Example: when a visitor calls up a Web page with four graphics, that's five hits, one for the page and four for the graphics. For this reason, hits aren't a good indication of Web traffic. What are "page views"? This is a Web page that has been viewed by one visitor. Page views are often used in online advertising, where advertisers use the number of page views a site receives to determine where and how to advertise. May I split the amount of traffic between categories? No. If you want different categories, just lower the amount of traffic you purchase for each category. How do I know the traffic I paid for has been delivered? We will start your campaign as soon as possible, usually within a few hours of you placing your order. Orders are processed as they are received. We usually send an order confimation within a few hours of it being placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us to verify that your order has been received. What is your refund policy? Our refund policy is very simple. We issue refunds on a case-by-case, pro-rata basis. Because we have to pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we can only give refunds on traffic that has not been delivered. If we fail to deliver all of your traffic within 30 days of the campaign start date, we will refund a portion of the money that is equivilent to the undelivered traffic.
