These are the conditions for the use of ReaLook Classifieds:

• Members must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
• By becoming a Member you agree to be bound by these terms.
• ReaLook Classifieds is provided to you "as is". ReaLook is not responsible for the results of any defects that may be found to exist on ReaLook, or any lost profits or other consequential damages that may result from such defects.
• ReaLook makes no guaranties as to ads and information, including:
  • the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of any such advertising
  • whether any advertising may contain unintended and objectionable content
• Advertisers who place advertising in the wrong categories will be deleted.

As a Member, you agree:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when registering or placing an ad.
• To be solely and entirely responsible for any information or content you post on ReaLook Classifieds.
• To be responsible for any information or content you transmit, exchange with or communicate to other Members.
• Not to post, transmit or communicate to anyone, any obscene, racist, intimidatory, profane, defamatory, harassing, illegal or offensive sexually oriented material, any material containing offensive sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive language, or any material that violates or infringes another members rights.
• Not to send or transmit any chain letters, spam or circular (junk) email to other Members.
• Not to upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of anothers privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• You agree to indemnify and hold ReaLook Classifieds, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
• You agree that ReaLook Classifieds, at it's sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the service, and remove and discard any content within the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if ReaLook Classifieds believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. ReaLook Classifieds may also at it's sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that ReaLook Classifieds may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the service. Further, you agree that ReaLook Classifieds shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the service.
• ReaLook Classifieds is not responsible for the availability of any external sites or resources, and does not endorse, is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that ReaLook Classifieds shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

ReaLook Classifieds does not make any warranty that:

• The service will meet your requirements.
• The service will not be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.
• The results obtained from the use of ReaLook Classifieds will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any product, service, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through ReaLook Classifieds will meet your expectations.
